CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask for advance notice so we can offer open slots to other athletes.

Last updated: July 2026

Coach Kellee values every athlete's time and works hard to keep a consistent, reliable schedule. Please read this policy carefully so we can keep things fair for everyone.

Private Lessons

24-Hour Notice Required

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time. This allows Coach Kellee to offer the slot to another athlete on the waiting list.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of that lesson fee, at Coach Kellee's discretion. We understand emergencies happen — please reach out as soon as you know you need to cancel.

No-Shows

Athletes who do not show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notice will forfeit the lesson fee. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

First-Time Grace

We understand that life happens, especially for busy families. One late-notice cancellation per season will generally be forgiven for long-term students with a good attendance record.

Clinics & Group Events

More Than 7 Days Before the Event

Full refund or credit toward a future event, upon request.

3–7 Days Before the Event

50% refund or full credit toward a future event. Spots are difficult to fill on short notice, and instructors are confirmed based on registration numbers.

Fewer Than 3 Days Before the Event

No refund; however, we will work with you to apply the fee as credit toward a future clinic if a documented emergency is the reason for cancellation.

Weather & Instructor Cancellations

If Coach Kellee must cancel a lesson due to illness, a personal emergency, or weather conditions that make training unsafe, you will receive a full credit or refund for that session. We will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.

Refunds, Credits & Payment Disputes

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our scheduling and payment provider and may take several business days to appear. Account credits issued under this policy are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact Coach Kellee first so we can resolve it directly — most issues are sorted out quickly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge that is valid under this policy (for example, a late cancellation or no-show fee) does not override these terms, and we reserve the right to respond with documentation of your booking and agreement to this policy.

How to Cancel

Text is the fastest way to reach Coach Kellee. Please do not cancel through the booking system alone — always send a personal message so she sees it promptly.
